Greg Valentgas

Greg spent years in the automotive business, working his way into sales management. He’s grateful for that time and everything it taught him about business, sales, negotiating, and most importantly, working with people. But he always knew he wanted to build something of his own. In 2021, Greg decided to leave the corporate world and take that chance on himself, eventually leading him into real estate and the start of Valentgas Properties in 2024.

Through Greg’s real estate business and investment network, his team is involved in hundreds of property transactions each year. His experience includes buying properties to renovate and resell, holding rentals, and putting together creative deals like seller financing and subject to purchases.

Greg also works closely with his brother, George Valentgas, a fellow Massachusetts real estate investor and owner of Pilgrim Hill Holdings. Together they’ve built a strong network of agents, contractors, investors, and other local professionals.

For Greg, every property has a different story. Whether a house needs a lot of work, has tenants, was inherited, or someone simply wants an easier way to sell, he believes in being straightforward with people and finding a solution that makes sense for everyone.
