He’s equally passionate about mentoring new investors and helping others get started in real estate the right way. Annmarie grew up on Cape Cod and now raises her children here, staying actively involved in the community through local nonprofits, business groups, and school initiatives. Her focus is on off-market acquisitions, creative deal structuring, and building a brand known for solving real problems—with speed, integrity, and heart.
